Oxymel making workshop at Stellar Roots Farm. Stud Oxymel making workshop at Stellar Roots Farm. Students harvested lemon balm, elder flowers, and bee balm around the farm. They then chose their own combo of herbs to add to their jar(s) which were covered with honey and ACV 😋. Oxymels are a great way to add more herbs in your life, they are both sweet and sour and make a great addition to sparkling water for mocktails. A little breakdown of our day at MercyFest yesterd A little breakdown of our day at MercyFest yesterday: 💚 We saw 15 clients (9 follow-ups) for herbal consultations; 4 for Reiki (2 follow-ups) and 7 people received acupuncture (4 follow-ups). 💚We distributed 21 2 oz bottles of glycerites, 12 1 oz salves, 7 bags of tea (5TB/bag) , 9 spice shakers (1oz each), 73 bags of powder/capsules, 9 aromatic sprays/inhalers. 💚We mostly provided immune and nervous system support. #fleurandforageatl #fleurandforagefreeclinic #herbalfreeclinic #communityherbalism #herbalmedicine
