The Fleur + Forage Free Clinic offers holistic healthcare to people experiencing homelessness. Alongside free herbal care, we offer Reiki, Chair Massage, Acupuncture and Ear Seeds. These services are often inaccessible due to cost, location and/or access for the communities that we serve. The Fleur + Forage Free Clinic was founded in February 2022 and became a 501c3 in June 2024. Our 501c3 status allows us to receive donations, apply for grants and hosts fundraisers so that we can offer all our services free of charge to our clients.
We currently set-up at four to five different locations every month: “Toesday” twice a month, The Atlanta Friendship Center, Mercy Community Church, with ARM downtown and in Athens, Ga. Several times a year, we also get invited to one off events where we bring herbal care packs and tea to share.
The Fleur and Forage Free Clinic’s crew is made up of a blend of clinical herbalists, apprentices, holistic health practitioners and nurses. All the herbal preparations are made in house by the founder of the project, Marie-Lies Van Asten, and apprentices.
The Harriet Tubman Foot Clinic often sets-up with us.
